Matt has built his career around technology, infrastructure and the practical application of IT within growing businesses. His experience spans IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies and systems integration, with a strong focus on using technology to solve real commercial and operational challenges.
As Group Technical Director at OMTREX, Matt leads technology strategy across the group and works closely with its businesses to strengthen infrastructure, improve security and modernise systems. He provides technical leadership on major projects and helps ensure technology decisions are commercially sound, scalable and aligned with the long-term objectives of each business.
Matt also supports the group through acquisitions and integrations, assessing technology environments, identifying risk and opportunities, and helping businesses establish the technical foundations needed for future growth.
His approach combines hands-on technical knowledge with a broader commercial perspective, ensuring technology remains practical, resilient and an effective part of how OMTREX businesses develop.
