Aaron founded OMTREX with a long-term vision to build and develop a group of strong, independently operated businesses. His experience spans business ownership, investment, acquisitions and commercial development, with a practical approach to identifying opportunities and supporting businesses through growth and change.
As Managing Director of OMTREX, Aaron is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the group. He leads group strategy, investment and acquisition activity, working closely with management teams to establish clear objectives, strengthen performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
Aaron also oversees the development of the group’s portfolio, from evaluating potential acquisitions and leading transactions through to supporting businesses following investment. His focus is on ensuring each company retains the independence and entrepreneurial qualities that made it successful while benefiting from the wider capabilities and support of OMTREX.
His approach combines long-term ownership with active involvement, creating an environment where strong management teams can develop their businesses, make effective decisions and build lasting value.
